WHEN ARE ASSESSMENTS DUE AND HOW SHOULD I PAY?

The yearly HOA assessments of $300 are due on July 24th. Please mail a check or money order to the Sutton Place HOA at 630 Valley Mall Parkway, #209, East Wenatchee, WA 98802 OR send them electronically by using Zelle: ewsuttonplacehoa@outlook.com

HOW DO I CHANGE MY LEGAL ADDRESS FOR HOA MAILINGS?
